- The Pharmacist Resource Center - an online service dedicated to supporting pharmacists with client announcements, product alerts, employee-specific plan information, plan design changes, and an online helpdesk. Go to the Pharmacist Resource Center now.
- Pharmacy services help desk - a 24/7 toll-free hotline for pharmacists that can address specific questions relating to Claim Rejections, Payment Status, Prior Authorization procedures, explanation of Drug Utilization Review (DUR) messages, and pharmacy-specific inquiries. All calls are answered by experienced Pharmacy Service Representatives that can either help you immediately or connect you with the right person to answer your questions.
- Pharmacy services manual - a manual distributed to pharmacists annually that outlines standard procedures and clinical and regulatory information. This manual is also available on the Pharmacist Resource Center.
